“This was the first venue we ever toured and we knew it was the one! Jodi and Jeanna were so nice and inviting and it made the experience much more wonderful! They answered any questions I had so quickly (and I had a lot of questions) they listen to your vision and are amazing and succeeding in that vision! The actual wedding day was so stress free. I felt like I didn’t have to worry about anything because they handled everything so we could enjoy our day! I highly recommend checking out this venue if you want a rustic vibe but also if you want an attentive and inspired team behind you on your big day!”

“From the moment I saw Chapel Oaks online, I was in love. Planning a wedding from halfway across the country with just six months to go seemed daunting, but when we connected with Jeanna, I knew this venue was the one for us. She was so welcoming and easy to work with, and from our first conversation, it felt like she genuinely cared about making our day perfect.
Jeanna was always transparent, organized, and incredibly informative, helping us navigate every detail and making the entire process stress-free. She communicated with us regularly, ensuring we were always on the same page and knew exactly what to expect.
But what truly stood out, and what we will always be grateful for, was Jeanna’s support during a difficult time. Just days before our wedding this June, our family faced a tragedy, and my father couldn’t be there in person. I was devastated, and Jeanna went above and beyond to help us find a way for my dad to be part of our day remotely. The effort she put into making that happen meant the world to my family and I, and it’s something I’ll forever cherish.
Additionally, all of the vendors Jeanna partners with are absolutely fantastic! From the photographer Shelbi-Ann Imagery, to the recommended caterer, every single one contributed to making our wedding day everything we’d dreamed of. They truly helped bring our vision to life and we couldn’t have asked for a better team.
Oh, and let’s talk about the color plum for a second. Who knew matching a shade could be so difficult? But Jeanna? She made it happen, and everything came together perfectly, plum included! I still don’t know how she did it, but she’s clearly a magician in more ways than one.

I don’t know where to begin on how absolutely amazing Jeanna, Jodi, Peggy, and the entire Chapel Oaks family are. My daughter’s wedding was perfection!! They listened closely to her vision and made the day magical. Jodi was always available for a consult, via text, by phone, or in person and was incredibly attentive. On the day of the wedding, we were all able to relax and enjoy getting ready while they took care of EVERYTHING! The venue is absolutely beautiful and all of our guests talked about how elegant & beautiful everything was. They made my daughter’s wedding day come true.
